IP Comm Background Images

I need help to get our IPC's to pick up the new background images I have created.

This doc:

basically states to put the images and the xml file in C:\Program Files\Cisco\TFTPPath\Desktops\320x212x12

I hade to create the Desktops\320x212x12 part from scratch as it didn't exist.

Should there be somewhere on the call manager or the individual IPC phone displays that points to this folder???

The structure and files need to be on the TFTP server that the phone registers to.

Make sure you create that list.xml file, and that you restart the tftp server on the call manager you are pointing to also.
