                   Good afternoon.

We ran in to an issue that I have not experienced, found the fix on a UK site, we are using plantronics headsets. We had several users just today lose audio ability. deleted phone, new headsets, all no go everytime you ran the audio wizard it would never find/show the plantronics headset it would however show it as the ringer.

the UK site said to try running/or not running the IPC in compatabilty mode. this worked. Has anyone experienced this issue and if so what would, all of a sudden, cause the setting which was never changed to become a factor in finding a USB headset.
