Hi. I tried my IP Communicator from home via VPN. I could hear the office crystal clear, but they had buzzing and general interference on the line. In the office this works OK.
Is there anything obvious or is this just a broadband issue?
No QOS on internet . also may want to try another headset. we have had to try differnt ones to resolve audio quality isues.
yeah ive tried the headset whilst working on the LAN and everything's fine. Must just be my cable connection probably.
