IP Communicator Client issue on Windows 7(64bit)

Hello,

I have installed IP Communicator 7.0.4.0 on my Windows 7 (64bit) laptop and have some type of connection issue when I disconnect from a call.  The headset light flickers on and off and I hear the dial tone clicking on and off.  It also happens when I am on the line and get a second call, when the second call hangs up, I get disconnected from my 1st caller and the phone dial tone flickers on and off. 

Anyone have any suggestions??
