IP Communicator & CME 4.0

Hi All

Trying desperately to get IP Communicator and VT Advantage to work on new CME 4.0 system.

VT works fine when associated with hardphone but IPC does not show Video icon.

Video is enabled in ephone config and type is set to CIPC. I've reinstalled all software and removed windows firewall. Even tried it on different laptop with new install and new ephone config - same result - no video icon.

Any Ideas?

Which ios version are you using? Official CIPC support with VTA began with CME 4.0.3 which is IOS 12.4(4)XC4 and later. Anything earlier than that and CIPC may not work.
