We have 7 users who got new Surface tablets. We installed the IP Communicator v8.6 on all of them. All but one are working as expected. The one that is not working as expected registers via ethernet but not wireless. We only have the wireless MAC address set up in the Call Manager (which is also v8.6). I have read that MAC address really doesn't matter as you can set the device name to anything as long as you set the same value in the IP Communicator network settings--which I verified to be true. So perhaps, that doesn't really matter much. Still strange that it connects when wired but not wireless. I put a different laptop on the same subnet and have no problem with the IP Communicator. Can anyone suggest anything to resolve this? Thanks for any advice!
