Does anyone know if IP Communicator will work on Apple Mac? We have CUCM 10.5.2 and are looking at this as a solution for remote call center agent access.

We are also using it on Windows 10 machines without any issues, at least for testing purposes.

No, CIPC is Windows only, the CIPC documentation has all the OS/HW compatibility information.
We only offer Jabber for Mac.
