I'm using a Plantronics Blackwire C620-M headset with IP Communicator 7.0.4.0. When I press the mute button on the headset, it toggles mute on IP Communicator only every other time. However, the headset microphone is muted every time. Therefore if I press the headset button to mute the microphone, I have to press it 3 more times to unmute everything:
