IP Communicator No Voice external calls

Hello, Strange issue, when using IP Communicator 2.1 on CM 4.2, we are able to make internal 4 digit dialing without any issues. However, when we try to dial externally the recieving end does not hear anyone speaking. It's like calling external something gets muted? Any thoughts?

One way audio is typically a routing issue. Verify that the subnet the IP communicator is on can ping gateway to the PSTN. If this is ok, verify that the following are in order:

Partitions, CSS, and codecs.
