Hi,
I have a call manager 7 system and for some reason IP Communicator is not accessing the corporate directory. When I click on the directories button I am seeing at the bottom it says "Host not found" and only the first three directories are shown.
Any ideas?

That's interesting and quite possible. Good info. The poster should also check the basics. Check the Directories URL and if you are using a host name, check to see if your CIPC can resolve said hostname.

Hi.
Happened to me some time ago.
Check out an antivirus software within a firewall included on the package, some antivirus like Nod32 or Kaspersky got's some inline IPS, that's check's packets and ports, then if you don't get permission on that software firewall to outgoing to outside from your pc. never seed the directory of CCM.
hope helps you.
cheers

Hi
The url was incorrect, we had earlier changed the ip address on the server however it didnt replicate the changes to the directories url.
Thanks much for the assistance.
