I am having some issues when connecting IP communicator over VPN. I am able to make outboung calls from IPC but not able to receive incoming calls whether the call is from an IP phone or from PSTN. When an incoming call hits the IPC I can see the call but it doesn't ring the IPC and nothing happens when click the answer softkey on the IPC and eventually the call dropped. But everything works when connecting IPC in the same network as CCM. I am running CCM 4.0.2a using Cisco VPN client and Cisco VPN concentrator.
has anyone seen anything like this ? I suspect that my firewall is not allowing some traffics between IPC and CCM. Can someone tell me what ports I need to allow for full communication between IPC and CCM ?
