IP Communicator:Registration Rejected

Hi

I have 3 users that I had to setup with the Cisco IP Communicator soft phone. 2 of the 3 I was able to remote there pc's and intall it for them.

the 3rd one is in India and because of the time difference I can't intall this one. I sent the instructions to the user and he has done what i asked

but he gets an error message that says. Registration Rejected:Error DBconfig, if anyone has seen this error before and know what needs to be

done to fix it I would greatly appreciate any help.

This error indicates that there is no configuration for this device in CUCM.  Make sure the devie name he is using is the device name of the IPC device in CUCM.
