IP Communicator

I am trying to set up IP Communicator to make outbound calls.

I have it set with and extension and can receive inbound calls from an outside line but will not make an outbound calls.

i am pretty new to this so any helpful hints or pointing me in the right direction (guides) would be great!

Make sure the extension assigned is in the right partition and CSS.

do you hear "your call cannot be completed as dialed..."?

fast busy?

you're not able to dial the whole number?
