I'd recommend using 2.0(2) as that is the latest version available as of now.
This needs to be downloaded and installed on the client machine on which it would be used and not the server. Also, to add this phone to the CM, if you dont have Auto-Registration Enabled on the CallManager, you will have to add it from Device ---> Phone ----> Add a New Phone ---> Select Cisco IP Communication from the phone model and enter the MAC Address of the Ethernet Card which you use to connect to the network.
You will download and install on a client machine. Once you install and configure, the phone will register with CCM just like any other phone model. You will either need auto registration enabled or you will need to add the phone manually to CCM.
