Good day!
Somebody knows, how many size we need if we want recorded calls in IP IVR?
Our customer could recorded complaints. How can we calculate the size for one minute call, when we will use g711 codec?
We use IP IVR 8.5.
Thanks!

G711 as used by IP-IVR is 8000 samples per second at 8 bits so is 8K bytes per second.
So one minute is 8K bytes X 60 = 480 K Bytes per minute.
