IP IVR. The Size of a recorded file

Good day!

Somebody knows, how many size we need if we want recorded calls in IP IVR?

Our customer could recorded complaints. How can we calculate the size for one minute call, when we will use g711 codec?

We use IP IVR 8.5.

IP IVR. The Size of a recorded file

G711 as used by IP-IVR is 8000 samples per second at 8 bits so is 8K bytes per second.

So one minute is 8K bytes X 60 = 480 K Bytes per minute.

Hi,

I have heard about UCCX doing the Call recordngs for the inbound ICD calls using CAD\CSD or QM\AQM with UCCX.

Could you please explain in detail about the setup and the way the calls getting recorded here.
