IP phone 6921

Have 2 Cisco 6921 IP phones that display "Not Registered".

How do I get them to register?

Lets pretend I don't know anything about the phone system. How do I find the system and version?

check out if one of the pair of ur cat6 cable broken/cut......u can use tdr test command

check whether registered with wrong mac address

check whether while adding in CUCM right model has been selected

check whether PoE switch is providing right power on its port....as its a class 2 device

check whether proper partition css et has been selectd or nit.......

Hi John,

As Mr Jaime has aid, You need to know the CUCM version .Along with that whether Auto-registration is enabled or u need to manually enter the MAC -address of phone.

In some cases, u also need to enter the Device Pack for phones to register.
