Hi, it seems that the Cisco IP phones 6945 don't support the Electronic Hookswitch Control (EHC) functionallity, like 79x2 and 79x5 do.
As I can see, all of them have built in AUX port, which is required for this function. So, my understanding is that it is a software matter. Am I right?
Does anybody know whether this feature is planned for future 6945's firmware releases, or not? Should I expect it to appear, or have to use another phone type if I wish to integrate it with Jabra 9740 headset? Thank you!
