IP Phone 7911 problem with monitor softkey

We have some 7911 Phones with CUCM 4.2(3)SR2.

Phone A calls Phone B. Phone B take the call. If a Phones press the "Monitor"-Softkey, the microfon in the headset become the status of dead. Nothing is to hear at the other side. But packets are still received and sent. After press "monitor off" at hte phone, the phones works normal. Is this a known bug? I use SCCP8.3.4 SR1 Firmware.

I understand that is normal, monitor mutes the microphone.

Yes that's correct. But what I mean is the function which the manual named as "Group Listen". I should read the manual, before I ask ;)

Here in Germany, I think, a function as "monitor" nobody use it. Here we always use "Group Listen". So there's no problem any longer.
