Hello,
After cisco 7921G has been registered, all menu list are grayed out only the "network settings" active. I have 50pcs of the IP Phones and they are all registered to the callmanager but its only 15pcs of it all menu are grayed out except "network settings".
Note: I have done factory reset and erase all config using **2 and **# respectively.
What can be done to the 15pcs that are grayed out?

Hi,
Not sure,but it may be because license...
Check your license type and total licensed devices on CCM.

I have all the licenses in an envelope which was sent by Cisco but I have not opened them. If it is a license issue, how do I load it on CME?

You have to apply all licenses you have.
To say the truth i have no experience with CME,but hope these links will help...
