Hi All,
Appreciated if someone could help on the issue, as how to divert/forward the incoming call(external) from one extension 200 to another IP phone extension 202. The extension 200 physical phone is not present that y it is said unavailable and divert to voicemail.

If you are using CUCM then you can use translation pattern (under call routing) for it.

Then you need make translation rule & profile as below.
voice translation-rule 1
rule 1 /^200$/ /202/
voice translation-profile divert200
translate called 1
And put below command under voice port where from calls are coming on CME.
translation-profile incoming divert200
