First, you can rearrange the lines on a phone by going to the phone page in Device > Phone, and once you've selected your phone from the search results, choose the modify button at the top of the list of lines.
Second, the ringtone thing is a trouble spot for a lot of people. You have two options:
1) set the default ringtone for the phone to a fancy one, the set your line to use the default.
2) take a copy of the ringlist.xml file from TFTP and copy it to distinctiveringlist.xml. This will make both lists the same, but is more complex to setup and effects all phones.
