The 7961G is a 6 button phone that can have 6 Lines terminated. Using Hold/Resume Answer/End Call Softkeys you can use all 6 lines at the same time. You may need to tweak the default Phone Button Template to set all 6 buttons to be used for Lines.(Device > Device Settings > Phone Button

A built-in headset port and an integrated Ethernet switch are standard with the Cisco Unified IP Phone 7961G.
