IP Phone 8961 does not change speeddial

Hi guys,

I got a problem changing speed dial on IP Phone 8961 on CME ver 8.6 ROuter 3845. I tried reset, restart under "voice global register", still not working.

I had to reload the router when i need to change something on SIP Phone. This is not the way it works right.

I mostly work on SCCP Phone

Do i miss anything on SIP Phone?

Hi

Please find the below:-

1- under voice global profile  , do no create profile then create profile

2-Try to use fast dial instead of speed dial as the below:-

voice register pool  6

fastdial 1 2183 name Jack

fastdial 2 2187 name John

3-Finally if the above not working , please share with us the firmware of your Cisco Ip phone
