I have a router cisco 3945 with ios 15.2(4)M5. Then I enter command 'show ephone attempted-registrations', it doesn't show mac address of an ip phone. How can the issue be fixed?
Did you enabled auto registration under telephony services? And if you enable debug tftp events you can see all the device which are attempting to register.
In auto registration mode you will not get any output from show "ephone attempted-registrations".
