I have a customer who is experiencing some annoying issues with thier 7941 phones. When a call comes in, it is automatically answered and goes straight through to the speaker with no user interaction. It is not a user profile issue as the phone can be replaced and work ok. plus different users can login with a similar result. Has anyone seen a similar issue? Is it a firmware issue or a hardware?
