IP PHONE CALLER ID issue

               Dear all

in our network we have lots of cisco ip phone

my issue is when someone from phone "A" calls phone "B" while phone B is busy with another call,

i want that a messge or something appears on phone "A" that he understood that phone B is busy on another call

any hint please?

There are many ways to do that.

1) You may configure BLF button on phone A.  So phone A can see phone B's status (on the phone).

or

2) You may set phone B's busy trigger to 1.  So the second call would get a busy signal.
