Can someone explain why IP Phone failed to send digits to Call Manager. I have IP Phones which cannot place a call, but can receive a call. When user dial digits, it's stuck in silent state and no ringback tone heard.
I tried to reinsert the IP Phone to the CCM but that is useless. Anyone have the same problem ? Thanks.
