Dear Guys,
Any body know how to increase the number for characters to be displayed as Name, while searching Corporate Directory.Our corporate directory is integrated with LDAP. In 7945 model, we can produce upto 25 characters in the Name of employee. But in 9971 and 8961, only 18 characters are possible. So it make issue when users have similar firstname.
How we can give a second screen, after selecting a user from the corporate directory, to show more details about him including moblie number, designation and all, without a character missing in display.
