Hi,
(CCM with unity UM 4.0)
An IP phone which continuously rings, call doesn't go to the voicemailbox on unity.>>I don't see any call in call viewer in unity!!!
The same phone, when checked forward all, forwards call directly to unity voice mailbox.
Any idea what is the problem, why in normal mode, phone doesn't forwards call to unity after it rings.

Hello ,
You have check the option Voice mail under call forward and call pickup setting ¨?
Call routing ---> directory number.
Also you can see if the call go to the unity with the call viewer or status port monitor.

Hi Rajesh,
You will need to check that the following settings under Device> Phone> Directory Number Config are set to go to the Unity Pilot # (use the VM - Checkbox)
Forward Busy Internal
Forward Busy External
Forward No Answer Internal
Forward No Answer External
