IP Phone error message "not enough bandwidth"

Hi,

I have a customer who has been seeing the above message on his IP phones on the remote sites. Can anybody help me please?

Hi,

Please go to System-Location and check out the amount of configured bandwidth for that remote site. If the bandwidth is exceeded, the next caller would receive that message on his phone.
