IP Phone Firmware Upgrade Issue 69XX series to 9.3.3.2

I am issues while upgrading the firmware of IP Phones

6941 Phones with current version as SIP69xx.9-3-1-5

We intend to upgrade to SIP69xx.9-3-3-2

CUCM version 9.1.1

When I force the new version with the IP Phone  firmware load configuration, the IP phone does not upgrade to the new version

Installed the COP files and did a reset on TFTP server also

 

Can any one share their thoughts around this please ?

Hi

Have you tried resetting & factory resetting the phone, Also try deleting CTL and ITL files .
Do you notice any error on Status Messages ?
Do you notice any error on phone configuration page
Do you have any firewall between phone and TFTP Server.
Can you grab phone console log, Detailed Cisco TFTP logs, and packet capture behind the phone.
From Windows XP Machine try tftp Firmware file using below command and check if that downloads successfully. 
tftp <TFTP Server IP> get SIP69xx.9-3-3-2.loads
