IP Phone - getservices menu

Hi Team,

I am just checking the redundancy for the EM in the lab when Publisher in unavailable.  Just looking for the possibilities for the "getservices" url.

Whether getservices menu part of the internal provisioning url which is having the inbuilt redundancy  like corporate directory/missed calls ? or we need to achieve via load balancer ?

Extension mobility doesn't utilize the internal provisioning like the directories.  You still have to use a load balancer for EM full redundancy or create separate EM phone services pointing to each node for manual redundancy but the users would have to know to use the other service for login/logout if the first one doesn't work.
