IP Phone hang reset (after Extension mobility login)
i have encounter the mentioned issue a on several occasion. after entering the user id and password/pin in extension mobility, the phone resets. upon starting up, the phone screen phone would hang on the "registering" page. after a manual restart (remove network cable n connect back), the phone would boot up normally and with the user id/xtn (logon and displayed).
anyone has any idea?
