Ip Phone Headset Problem

In my cisco ip phones headset is not working. I have already enabled in cucm gui interface . Can you guys tell me please how i can resolve this issue. I Have cisco 7945, 8945 , model

Do you have the headset

Do you have the headset plugged into the slot with the headset icon next to it? Have you selected the headset button on the phone when making/taking calls?
