IP phone is not registering on CUCM with SRST

Hi,

My ip phone register with Router SRST, but the CUCM cannot to register the same ip phone...

- SRST was created with the ip 10.100.5.1 (IP of the remote router)

- Trunk h323 is working with device pool SRST

- device phone is with device pool SRST

I have a 2801  with:

telephony-service

 srst mode auto-provision all
max-ephones 30
 ip source-address 10.100.5.1 port 2000 (IP address of the my local interface)

 number 2970

The router and switch "ping" the CUCM

Can you post your entire "telephony-service" config?

Do you have "max-dn" command under it?

Alos, when you browse to the IP address of the phone do you see the SRST IP address as one of the CM servers referenced?

I put the "ip helper addres" in the local interface and it is working right now!! thanks!!
