I have CUOM 2.0.1 with some CCM in monitored state.
After imported the CCM into the CUOM DCR, all of IP Phones was successful discovered.
After a lot of time, CCM user administrator tell me... that the IP Phones registered into the CCM are much more than CUOM inventory.
Then, I deleted/added again the CCM, but no IP Phone was discovered again by CUOM!!!!
The CCM was in Monitored State!
Seems a freeze issue, attempt to the CCM.
I suggest to the CCM administrator a CCM reboot and this was solved the case.
So, now I cannot reboot the CCM.
Anybody knows, which services I have to restart in the CCM in order to help CUOM discover IP Phones again?
