IP phone not Getting Background Pic

Dear All,

my issue is that we have CME Router cisco 2911, all old phones has Company Background which is located on flash of the CME, but when i add any new phones i am not able to find the Company Background, but all old phones has the company Image.

the setup of telephony system was done by one of Cisco Parteners.

please help me how can i upload the images on the new phones. ( image already located on the flash ).

all phones are 7945.

Select   "Settings - User Preference - Background Images - ..." on  new phones , did you see background image there ?

If not then send accross these...

show flash
show run | sec tftp-server
debug tftp event

on new phones its only has the default Background.

Sorry for delay in response.

I cant see any .png or List.xml file in on your flash not its in tftp server. Whenever you change background image of phone , the phone look for "List.xml" , like this.

Dec 26 20:01:10.791: TFTP: Looking for Desktops/320x212x12/List.xml

Which contains location of .png file to load on phone. Now go through the document below and configure you customized background image.
