IP Phone not receiving external calls

Hello All,

I am a newbie when it comes administering/troubleshooting CUCM.  We are running CUCM ver 8.5.  I am working on troubleshooting an issue where external calls to a certain extension are not coming through despite calls from internal extensions are working fine.  I have already deleted his phone in CUCM and recreated and still the issue persists.

Any helpful guidance or tips of how (show commands, places to check in CUCM) to begin to troubleshoot this issue would be greatly appreciated.

IP Phone not receiving external calls

If this H323/SIP look at the dial-peers to make sure they're correctly configured, also for any protocol look at the inbound CSS and significant digits to make sure you're able to reach those DNs.
