Ip Phone not registered with TAPS on CUCM 8.6

Hi,

A costumer use TAPS to register his news devices cisco and i know that TAPS is easy to configure but we have a problem.

All the new devices don't register on CUCM with a DN on the range defined.

If we look the TFTP logs, we see that the SEPXXXXX.cnf.xml.sgn is not found.

Call Manager version : 8.6.2.20000-2

Device : 7942

Actions done :

>restart the TAPS service and TFTP

>Reset factory on the device...

Hi Matthieu,

Please make sure that its not a secure cluster, TAPS will not work if its a secure cluster as auto registration will be disbaled in secure mode.

Hi Manish,

The cluster of my costumer is not in secure mode.

I think it is a bug so we are going to upgrade the Cluster, if that resolved my problem, i will post the versions of this upgrade.
