There are some IP Phones registered in the Call Manager 4.2. I can make a call to them but the status showing in the Call Manager is NOT REGISTERED.
Please help me out how can I fix this issue?

Sounds like they a registered to another callmanager in the cluster, check one of the other servers.

No. There is only one cluster. One publisher and 2 subscribers.

restart the RIS services on all servers.
