IP Phone Rejected Registration

I tried to upgrade to the latest SCCP firmware of 6921, which is 9.2.2.6 I think. It works fine but when I try to return it back to SIP 9.1.1.3zz, it suddenly got a rejected status and can't even register. I even try to upgrade to the latest SIP firmware which is 9.2.2.7 I think but still got a rejected regisration status.

May I know what are the possible reasons for this? I already tried to set the firmware in device defaults, even tried to restart the tftp service, and add the 69xx.load name under a single 6921 device but still rejected status

IP Phone Rejected Registration

Hi,

Try to do factory reset and use Kaja's link for files.

you can use following link to upgrade firmware without CUCM, just put all the files in TFTP server.

Hope this helps you.
