IP phone remote CME registration without VPN

Guys,

Need your advise and help is there a way of connecting an IP phone at a remote to connect back to a CME based at the HQ. Having in mind without VPN and no static IP.

Ill really apprreciate if you guys could give me a solution

The other option was the VPN option in the phone but we use watchguard and Cisco ASA and couldnt get it working
