IP Phone restart of 5 in 5 seconds

I have five IP Phone's in my company that return of 5 in 5 seconds and dont load IOS. What I can to do?

Hi, phones do not load IOS, they load phone firmware.

The "5 in 5" thing is not very clear, however do you have CM or CME ?

Let us know the exact version of CCM.

CCM 3.xx?

I am not sure if cisco is still supporting this version but i am sure that it had lot of bugs.
