As I read, switch in cisco phone, by default, for all traffic receiving from PC port, overwrite DSCP value to 0! How to put this port to trust state?

You CAN set the the PC port on the to trust the COS value (NOT the DSCP)

int g1/0/14

mls qos trust extend

!
