Which paramate is used to change the phone title? The text that is upper than the first line.

Hello,

If you are using a full blown version of CUCM, this is controlled on the DN confiugration page under external mask section, but you can only put numbers in this field.

If you are using CUCME, then this field can be changed under the ephone-dn configuration using the "description" command.
