Hello,
Was anybody solved this problem?
I tried to use external TFTP server - TFTD32, but it has not helped.
We use some phones 6921, connected across WAN, we can not upgrade it.

If you configure things right, you can update phones exactly as the bug description above says.
Are you the end user? Do you work with a repatable consutlant or certfied Cisco partner ?

Yes, I am the end user. And I worked with technical consultant of Local Office Cisco Systems. They couldn't help me.
Then I tried to use local TFTP, phone can not load new software 9.2.2.6
Here is log from TFTPD32

You can contact a reputable consultant, or Cisco TAC.
Anyway, there is no firmware request from phone in the trace you sent.

Hi,
If you configure the option 150 in your DHCP pointing to your local TFTP server, you must copy the xml configuration files from the CUCM server to this TFTP server. This is the error you are facing according to the logs you have sent.
I think it's a pain to upgrade the firmware for 69XX phones because there is no Load Server option to configure the TFTP server that the phone should use to download the firmware.
Did you solve this problem? I'll probably have the same problem in the next installation.
Regards,
