I have two IP telephone cinfigured, one is Cisco 7960G and Cisco7970.Both are got registered with the cisco call manager.I am getting the dial tone, but I try calling one IP phone to another,I am getting busy tone.I am not able to communicate with each other.
The Cisco call manager 4.1(3)and both IP telephone 7960G and 7970 are in the same subnet,IP telephone has the call manager IP address,TFTP as the call manager IP address. Both IP T are getting registered, dial tone also there, only thing it is communicating each other.
Basically all three are out of waranty.
My clarification is, do we need to have the license key for each IPT?If so how I will get it?And then How I will activate it in Cisco Call manager?
