IP Telephony Call Transfer

when I press the button transfer. Whenever call will fail when push the button transfer and the dial tone is in mute.

The issue is with WHEN press the button transfer and then call get no dial tone,so anyoune please help me in this

So it sounds like you press transfer to transfer a call and don't get dial-tone in order to dial the destination number.  Is that correct?

 

If so, what model phone and are you using CME or CUCM?  It sounds like maybe an issue with the max number of calls setting on the line.  If CME, it might be due to using single lines rather than dual-lines.
