IP Wifi phone 7920 in a no coverage zone

I installed lots of 7920 ip phones in my network along with a wlc 4400 and APs.

The CCM version is 4.2.3. I configured the parameter CF unregistered for external calls to a specific DN. That feature is running fine if the 7920 is not powered.

I still have a problem if the customer is moving to a zone where no RF signal is present. In that case the CF is not running because the CCM doesn't suppose that the 7920 is unregistered.

Do you have an idea to correct the behavior to forward the call to the DN configured under the unregistered CF ?

Regards,

Dominique

You must add a Cisco IP Phone to Cisco CallManager before adding a directory number.Refer URL for more information
